Killer England Coffee Spots you Simply Have to Try

July 15, 2016

Are you planning to take your crush on a coffee Date? Britain has some of the best coffee places, and here are the best of the best:

Foxcroft and Ginger, Soho

Foxcroft and Ginger is said to be a staple of great British food. Local ingredients are served here to make sure that the best cup of coffee is brought before you, and the freshest foods are served alongside it. This place has some of the best coffee in all of Britain. The interior of this amazing coffee house gives the feel of an industrial place, walls revealing bricks and iron pipes. There is a downstairs area to this coffee place that is extremely quiet and just perfect for a personal chitchat.

Aromi, Cambridge

Described as “A slice of Sicilian life in the heart of Cambridge”, this place is cool because it gives people a genuine Italian coffee experience with a British twist. Coffee is served in an authentic Italian style here (we suggest there Pistachio latte), so coffee lovers in Cambridge flock to this place. They also serve a variety of Italian inspired foods including croissants, cannolis and pizza.

Chairs and Coffee, Fulham

This place is known for having an incredible cup of coffee. Inside the store, the interior gives you a lot to talk about. Chairs hanging over the walls and ceiling really give a 3-D feeling. The best part? You can get your table decorated with flowers by booking in advance. Run by two friends, this coffee place is considered just perfect for the first date. Wanna entice romance on your vacation? Head here.

Steam Yard, Sheffield

Steam Yard located in Sheffield is perfect for anyone who loves food with his or her coffee. This place is home to the famous “Fronut” which is a donut (freshly made in house) cut into halves and served with various flavors of ice cream in the center (you can get various flavors). As for the coffee? It’s quite renowned. They serve their own blend and guest blends from various local roasters.

The Gentlemen Baristas, Southwark

Famously describing themselves as “we are The Gentlemen Baristas”, this coffee house perhaps has the best cup of coffee in the South Bank area. Around the corner from London Bridge, this coffee house is extremely dedicated to their craft and assures you the best time with your friend or your first date. Unlike any other famous coffee place, the service here is known for being quick and you do not have to wait long for your order (which I am sure is quite boring). Do you need some private space? There is enough seating downstairs and a room too (in case you need some real privacy).

Takk, Manchester

The baristas here are seriously committed to their craft. They consider themselves an artisan coffee shop and they only serve espressos that are a Nordic Style. The coffee served here is sourced from Europe’s best, so if you consider yourself a coffee connoisseur than you should consider this place. Their interior is a great place to meet with a date, warmly colored to provide a good space to talk or work.
