If you’re a foodie, then you probably know that Asian food is a big hit all over the world. There are many Chinatowns for example, in Canada, the United States, and even all the way to Australia. For this list, I’m not omitting the other Asian cultures, even thought I myself am Chinese. I really do love all kinds of food.

1. Sansotei Ramen

Craving for noodles? Sansotei is, in my opinion, one of the best ramen places in Toronto. That’s saying a lot since I’ve personally been to many ramen restaurants before. The noodles at Sansotei are cooked to perfection  —  not too soft and have just the right amount of chewiness. Oh, and have I told you about the soup base yet? To die for, really! Try the Spicy Tantan or the Tonkotsu Black. Only thing I’d say is be prepared to wait! The restaurant is so popular that people line up to have their ramen. You won’t be disappointed.

2. Home of Hot Taste

Fried chicken and beer. What could go wrong? You’re right. Nothing. My number one favourite at the restaurant: garlic soy fried chicken. It’s so delicious that I’m almost drooling over here typing this out. I wish I could have some right now….

3. Manpuku

Try something new and go to Manpuku! They serve udon, rice, Japanese snacks and sweets. Their prices are very reasonable ($3.99 for a basic kake udon  —  who does that really?) Make sure you go early because the place gets filled fast!
