Wanna laugh? Don’t miss these sidesplitting comedy specials by some of our absolute favourite comedians (remember, they won’t be available forever!)

Louis C.K. Live at the Comedy Store

American comedian Louis C.K. has been directing, acting and doing stand-up since the 90’s and has finally landed a Netflix special. With countless awards to his name (including 6 Grammys and 6 Emmys), there is not a comedian more worthy of your time than this one. “Live at the Comedy Store” is the comedian’s first project in a long time not to be distributed directly onto his website, so don’t miss this rare occurrence. Watch the master of wittiness turn the most mundane topics (including pets, Christmas, babies, and sanders) into sidesplitting stories that will make you die from laughter.

Iliza Shlesinger: War Paint

Iliza Schlesinger is one of our favourite comedians ever and her 2013 special “War Paint” is why. While cracking insanely funny jokes about whatever she can think of, Iliza always sends the entire audience into a frenzy that seems to last forever. In this special Iliza covers everything from awkward British commercials to her views on working out, but the golden moment is when her dog Blanche makes an appearance for Iliza’s rendition of “In the Arms of an Angel”. She’s ruthless, spending long periods of time on a single topic in order to entice the biggest possible laugh from the audience (caution: you will hurt from laughing).

Hannibal Buress: Comedy Camisado

For those who don’t know Hannibal Buress, he’s a fresh face to comedy that has been around since 2010 and his unrelenting humor has skyrocketed him to fame since then. A sidekick to Eric Andre (another one of our favourite comedians), Hannibal’s special “Comedy Camisado” proves that he is one of the best. His cool, calm and collected demeanor while delivering jokes reminds us how strong the material is (he doesn’t rely on extravagance like other comedians), all while making it seem like his comedic genius is no big deal at all. This is the perfect place to start if you haven’t had a taste of his stand-up.

Dave Attell: Road Work

Best known as the host of “Insomniac with Dave Attell” and as a Saturday Night Live cast member, Dave Attell’s all-American stand-up has been around since the 90’s for a reason. His humor is not for the faint of heart, but the casual setting he performs his material in is unlike any stand-up show out there for someone of his caliber. “Road Work” is unique because it contains snippets of 5 different shows filmed in 5 different cities. The result: 40 glorious minutes of Attell casually delivering his mature material with all of the fierceness that made him one of America’s favourite comedians.

Robert Kelly: Live at the Village Underground

Joking about his weight, his relationships and his hatred of “in shape” people, Robert Kelly controls the audience with a surprisingly large amount of confidence that makes his delivery impressive. It’s clear when Kelly seamlessly glides through these topics without interruption that this is not his first rodeo. If you haven’t had the chance to witness this man’s outstanding (and mature) sense of humor, this is a perfect opportunity.
