Euro trip

First time planning a Euro trip? No doubt you’re stuck wondering where the heck to go on this massive continent. Here are the top European cities to visit on your first Euro trip.

Prague
The city most known for stunning buildings and amazing old squares is the historic capital of the Czech Republic, Prague. The main attractions include the Prague Castle, Old Town Square, the town quarter Josefov, the Charles Bridge and the list goes on. Prague has been included in the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites. As a result of this, Prague is one of the world’s most visited and exotic cities today.

Krakow
This beautiful city situated on the bank of a river is the second largest and one of the oldest cities in Poland. Krakow has amazing scenic beauty. Probably the most popular tourist spot is the historic Kazimierz district which is crammed full of beautiful galleries, pubs, museums, cafes and huge traditional markets. This is definitely a place to put on your “to visit” list.

Rome
Places like Rome speak for themselves. Ranking among the top 5 most visited places in the world, there are several places that you can visit on your trip to Europe such as the Colosseum (one of the ancient structures which all the tourists capture on their cameras), St. Peter’s Basilica (a huge church for your weekend visits) and the famous Trevi Fountain.

Budapest
Budapest is known as a place where young people come to party. It is true that bars are plenty in Budepest and alcohol is unusually cheap, however the beauty of this city is underrated as most of the buildings in this city are castles. Notable beautiful places to visit are Fisherman’s Bastion which provides a panoramic view of the entire city, and the Citadella which is an ancient structure built on a massive hill which provides a stunning view of the Danube River.

Berlin
Berlin is made up of 12 very different boroughs and districts. The expression “this city has something for everyone” has been said to death, but Berlin perhaps more than any city definitely lives up to this promise. Here are some of our favorite districts: Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf: This district is all about culture. It is home to Charlottenburg Palace and the opera house and is the place to go for anyone looking for a culture trip. We also love the Friedrichshain district where you can find some of the top night clubs in the city (berlin is known for its amazing nightlife) and the famous Simon-Dach-Straße which is a street with an unbelievable amount of pubs to choose from.
