2. Macy’s Flower Shows

To welcome spring, Macy’s department store in Herald Square, is hosting every year a colorful festival of flowers, which is the Macy’s Flower Show. Floral arrangements are spectacular and cover almost the entire main floor for two weeks, and are also accompanied by concerts, lectures and activities for all ages. Already you have an excuse to visit this famous store.

3. Hunting for Easter Eggs

If you travel to New York with kids they will be delighted with all Easter activities organized in the city. The most popular are the egg hunts, hunting for hidden or workshops to paint and decorate eggs. Stroll through the organized museums (such as the Children’s Museum of Manhattan), churches, department stores and come across several activities, and shops, with endless chocolate egg and rabbit shapes to sweeten your day.
