Located right beside the Galleria , the water wall is 64 feet tall that recirculates 11,000 gallons of water per minute! Known as one of the most romantic places in Houston, proposals are a regular occurrence. Designed in the shape of a horseshoe, it is considered to be the community center of Houston.
